18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement

This statement covers Naughty Games (naughty.games), an informational database of adult video games operated by Vedia Games.

Exemption

All visual content published on naughty.games is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, because it falls into one of the two categories below.

1. Computer-generated and illustrated imagery

The first-party material we create ourselves - the artwork in our own browser games, the character portraits used in the site's chat features, and any promotional art we produce - is drawn, rendered, or generated by software. It depicts fictional characters only. It contains no photographic or video depiction of an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, so no 2257 record-keeping obligation arises.

2. Material supplied by third-party developers and publishers

The catalogue entries on naughty.games consist of game titles, cover art, screenshots, and descriptions supplied by, or published by, the developers and publishers of those games. Vedia Games is not the producer of that material within the meaning of 28 C.F.R. 75.1(c). We neither create, film, photograph, direct, nor edit it. Where any such material would be subject to 2257, the record-keeping obligation rests with the producer of the material, and we act only as a distributor of information about it.

Third-party sites, embeds, and advertising

Outbound links, embedded partner widgets (including any live-cam placements), and advertisements served by our advertising partners are operated by third parties. Those operators are responsible for their own 2257 compliance, maintain their own records, and publish their own compliance statements on their own sites. Vedia Games does not host, produce, or select the individual creatives or performers involved.

Age of persons appearing

naughty.games does not knowingly publish, and does not permit to be submitted, any image that depicts a real person under the age of 18, or that is presented as depicting a minor. Every fictional character shown in our first-party artwork is an adult. Submissions and community uploads are moderated, and anything that fails this standard is removed.
