These are the terms for using Naughty Games (naughty.games), an informational database of adult video games operated by Vedia Games.

Use of the site

Naughty Games is a free, ad-supported reference site. We list and describe adult games and link to the places where they can be downloaded or played. We do not sell or distribute games or adult content ourselves. Clicking an outbound link takes you to a third-party storefront or developer site, and you accept that site's terms when you visit it.

Intellectual property

Game titles, screenshots, hero images, and descriptions remain the property of their respective developers and publishers. Naughty Games claims no ownership of the games it lists. The Naughty Games name, logo, and brand assets are the property of Vedia Games.

If you are a developer and want a game removed or corrected, email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

Submitted content

When you submit a game, sponsor inquiry, or correction, you grant Naughty Games a worldwide, royalty-free license to display the submitted content on the site for the purpose of maintaining the database. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.

We are under no obligation to publish submitted content and may decline, edit, or remove submissions at our discretion.

Disclaimers

The database is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that listed information is accurate, current, or complete. Game availability, pricing, and platform support change frequently; outbound links may break. We do not host or distribute adult media — we link to the sites that do.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naughty Games and Vedia Games are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the site. Total liability is capped at fifty US dollars ($50) or the total amount you have paid us — whichever is greater. Because Naughty Games is free to use, the latter amount is currently zero.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date below reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any dispute is resolved in the courts of Slovenia.
