BeastBound

BeastBound is a creature-capture and experimentation game where you take on the role of a monster hunter. The core gameplay loop involves managing your daily energy to hunt and capture fantastic creatures through simple mini-games, then experiment with your captured monsters to discover their unique secrets. Two primary creatures, Sadako and Luthiel, serve as the main subjects for your experiments using various toys and tools. As you progress, increasing your reputation and bonding with creatures unlocks new story events, features, items, and additional creatures to pursue. You earn currency from successful captures that can be spent on improving your capture performance, acquiring new outfits for your protagonists, or purchasing experiment tools. The game includes outfit customization for the main characters, which also provides strategic advantages in optional gameplay modes. Later in the game, an Endless Cards mode becomes available, offering a turn-based card combat experience against multiple enemies with escalating rewards and upgrades. Originally created for an adult-focused game jam, BeastBound combines humor, mystery, and explicit content throughout its adventure.
