Cursed Pantsu follows Kaori, a typically virtuous girl who steals panties from a mall and finds herself transported to an eerie, surreal dimension that mirrors the crime scene. There she encounters Akari, a young girl who claims knowledge of an escape route—but the path to freedom requires more panty theft. The game blends action-adventure gameplay with RPG progression and platforming mechanics set within a dangerous hellish shopping mall filled with hostile saleswomen and environmental hazards.
