Deluded (18+)

Deluded is an adult RPG survival game built in Unreal Engine, drawing inspiration from adult-oriented mods for classic franchises. The game centers on Alisa, who wakes from a grave with fragmented memories of a catastrophic event that has devastated the world and left her abandoned by society. She must rebuild her life from nothing, finding food, shelter, and a way to survive in a transformed landscape.

The gameplay combines choice-driven narrative with survival and RPG mechanics. Players navigate multiple systems including attributes, weather, time progression, and resource management while engaging with an open-world environment featuring various locations and NPCs with daily routines. The game emphasizes immersive storytelling through cinematic presentation and branching quests that respond to player choices. Character progression involves clothing systems, health management, and partial customization options.

The current build features five days of prologue content, a 3x3 km playable map with distinct areas, and various occupations to pursue. High-quality adult content is integrated throughout. Future plans include expanded world population, more NPCs with unique personalities and reactions, and additional fetish-specific content.
