Fembot Vending Machine is an idle management game centered around building and customizing a robot workforce. Players begin as a recent graduate who receives a basic bot as a graduation gift and must grow their collection from there. The core gameplay loop involves assigning robots to various jobs based on their statistics to generate gold passively. Gold earned can be reinvested into purchasing new robots or upgrading existing ones with different body parts that improve their work efficiency.

The game features four main menu sections: the Workshop for managing robot parts and stats, the Jobs section for assigning bots to income-generating work and researching higher-paying opportunities, the Shop for purchasing new robots and body parts, and the Bedroom for intimate interactions with fully equipped robots. Success depends on matching each bot's statistical strengths to appropriate job roles and continuously upgrading their capabilities to unlock better-paying positions. The progression system emphasizes incremental improvement and collection-building, with players working toward owning more advanced robot types.
