Lewd Mod casts you in the role of a content moderator for a fictional social media platform called SelfieBook. Your job involves reviewing user-submitted images and deciding whether they violate the company's strict content guidelines. Each level presents a mix of ordinary selfies and suggestive illustrations that you must evaluate and either approve or remove based on the ruleset provided by your prudish employers.

The gameplay loop combines decision-making with narrative progression. As you complete moderation tasks, you receive messages from your flirty supervisor Sophie, who engages in workplace banter and shares photos with you based on dialogue choices you make. Your interactions with Sophie shape the direction of the story, creating a light romantic dynamic woven into the moderation mechanics.

The game has been updated to become free-to-play, with additional bonus chapters introducing new characters like Ellie and expanding Sophie's storyline. A sequel, Lewd Mod 2, continues the narrative from day 15 onwards. The developer regularly adds new content, with Patreon supporters receiving early access to the latest updates.
