Monster Girl Clinic

Monster Girl Clinic is a story-driven sandbox experience set in a specialized clinic where you, a human patient, are surrounded by eight distinct monster girl characters. Sent to the clinic by court order after a pattern of unsolicited life reorganization, you must learn to stop fixing others and instead uncover the truths beneath carefully constructed facades.

The gameplay loop revolves around inhabiting the clinic across multiple time periods—morning, noon, evening, and night—observing how each character's location and behavior shifts throughout the day. You explore fifteen detailed rooms filled with interactive objects that reveal character backgrounds and motivations. The core investigation mechanic involves collecting contradictions in your notebook by examining the environment and speaking with patients. When you gather sufficient evidence, you initiate cross-examinations where you press characters' statements or present conflicting evidence to expose lies.

Each character presents a distinct personality: Petra, a gorgon advice columnist; Iris, a succubus affected by kindness; Juno, a slime denying absorbed equipment; Clover, a holstaur with spatial concerns; Naia, a lamia whose tail acts independently; Faye, a ghost with a dubious heroic story; and twin therapists Vera and Nova. Success in unraveling their contradictions unlocks deeper character understanding and exclusive scenes. The game includes an animated gallery system that preserves earned scenes for replay.
