Sugar Service is a free-roam visual novel built in Ren'Py that combines dating simulation with life management gameplay. The premise centers on partnering with your long-time crush to establish an unconventional business venture: a rent-a-partner service paired with a camgirl agency. As the enterprise grows, you recruit diverse talent, each with their own narratives and boundaries, while navigating the complexities of client satisfaction, business operations, and interpersonal dynamics.

Gameplay incorporates a light strategic layer involving hiring decisions, client management, and daily operational choices. A card-based dating minigame serves as the primary romantic and flirtation mechanic, exploring chemistry and rejection through play. The title features multiple in-game systems including a calendar, time tracking, monetary management, character wardrobe customization, and an RPG-style progression system. The game includes over 125 animated intimate scenes with voice acting, nine completed romanceable characters with 13 total available routes, and optional toggles for content preferences. All artwork is hand-drawn by a team of artists with no AI-generated assets.
