Barely Working is a management-focused adult game where you take on the role of Candace, an office employee tasked with finishing an important report before the end of the business day. Your productivity meter determines how quickly the report advances, creating tension between work completion and workplace distractions. The game features two primary modes that you can switch between at any time. While in working mode, Candace focuses on her report, though her progress remains tied to her current productivity level. In fucking mode, she prioritizes satisfying colleagues to clear them away more efficiently. As the day progresses, managing the mounting queue of colleagues becomes increasingly challenging, forcing strategic decisions about when to switch between modes.
