The gameplay involves moving fish using arrow keys, tilting, or dragging the mouse, then swiping down to swallow once they reach the character's mouth. Interacting with the belly through dragging, pushing, clicking, or tapping produces different effects, and experimenting with combinations influences progress. As players advance, a second phase introduces two bars: a progress bar and a penalty bar that tracks nausea. Feeding during this phase or performing certain actions increases the nausea meter, so managing these bars becomes key to progressing through levels. The game is designed to continue indefinitely as long as the player continues feeding.
