Heartbeat in Thailand is a live-action interactive experience that follows a recent graduate who travels to Bangkok to meet their uncle, only to be abandoned at the airport. After settling in with a helpful cousin, the protagonist finds themselves embroiled in mistaken identity and romantic entanglements with several compelling characters: a caring cousin, a mischievous ghost girl, a mysterious performer, and a cold widow.

The game emphasizes player agency through branching narrative paths where choices generate cascading consequences—outcomes range from harmonious relationships to dramatic conflicts.
