Inner Scales 1: Choice is a first-person full-motion video experience set within a heavily secured, isolated facility. You play as Zhang Cheng, a new office worker who accepts what appears to be a simple four-day delivery assignment but discovers he has entered a prison housing eight kidnapped women. Each day, you deliver meals and take measurements while gradually uncovering the horrifying reality of your situation: the building is under constant surveillance, surrounded by electrified walls, and controlled by an unseen authority that has no intention of releasing anyone.

The gameplay centers on navigating increasingly difficult moral choices. As the deadline approaches, you realize you are unwittingly part of a twisted game with no legitimate exit. You can complete your assignment, take payment, and abandon the women to unknown fates, or you can resist orders and attempt a dangerous escape using limited resources. Each decision carries weight, determining who lives and who dies. The narrative explores themes of survival, human nature, and the personal cost of ethical choices when faced with impossible circumstances.
