MORODASHI SUMO

MORODASHI SUMO is a competitive sumo wrestling game based on the traditional Japanese sport. Players take on the role of an aspiring sumo wrestler aiming to achieve the rank of Yokozuna, the highest honor in sumo. The narrative follows your journey as you compete in the Morodashi Sumo Battle Tournament, seeking to claim a legendary trophy rumored to contain all-purpose power and ultimately face the formidable Sumo King.

The game offers multiple play modes: a single-player story campaign, local two-player matches for friends, and online multiplayer battles against players worldwide. Combat relies on three core techniques: grabbing, pushing, and flying maneuvers to strip opponents of their Mawashi (belt) and achieve victory. Players can select from eight default characters or create custom wrestlers using an extensive avatar system, with options to customize appearance including body type, hairstyle, facial features, and accessories. Earned prize money from matches can be spent in the Avatar Shop to acquire cosmetic accessories, adding both personalization and visual flair to your wrestler.
