SiNiSistar 2 is a dark action RPG set in the cursed land of Arsezon, where an evil cult slowly corrupts the world. Players take on the role of Sister Lelia, a member of the Purifying Sisters with exorcism powers, accompanied by her sister Hanya. The gameplay loop revolves around exploring eerie environments such as swamps, caves, and abandoned villages while engaging in strategic combat against varied enemies and formidable bosses.

Combat combines melee and magic attacks, requiring players to observe enemy behavior and identify weaknesses. The game incorporates RPG progression through leveling and equipment collection to enhance survivability. A defeat results in the player character becoming consumed by corruption, raising the stakes of each encounter.
