NICE TO MEET YOU, AGAIN follows Kinou Yumeto, a man living a mundane existence after graduating from an average university and working at an unremarkable company. When he encounters a being named Laplace, his entire world vanishes and he finds himself transported thirteen years into the past. Surrounded by old friends, familiar schools, and cherished memories, Yumeto sees an unexpected opportunity to reshape his destiny. He immerses himself in the joy and nostalgia of his younger days, but discovers something unsettling: a girl whose presence is woven into his memories, yet whose face he cannot recall. The narrative explores themes of second chances, regret, and the weight of choices. Developed by veteran visual novel studio Purple software with character designs by COQ and a scenario penned by Sakaki Kasa, the game features full Japanese voice acting for all characters except the protagonist. The story branches into multiple endings, allowing players' decisions to meaningfully alter the outcome. English and Simplified Chinese language options provide accessibility to international audiences.
