TK Punk Gold

TK Punk Gold is a turn-based RPG that blends Three Kingdoms lore with cyberpunk aesthetics, inspired by Darkest Dungeon's combat system. You play as a humanoid AI awakened by the resistance organization GOLD, tasked with leading a squad through the cybercity Hanport City across a 50-week campaign. The game intertwines dungeon exploration and tactical battles with a bar management simulation that serves as your base of operations.

Combat revolves around speed-based action ordering where characters enter a vulnerable near-death state when HP reaches zero. During this state, characters risk permanent death but can still act. The game introduces a sanity mechanic—prolonged dungeon exposure and combat depletes sanity, causing characters to enter unpredictable "psycho" states that randomize their behavior and abilities. Outside combat, you manage time through limited weekly actions, assigning characters to training, research, dispatch missions, bond-building, and commissioned work. The game features a 13-person roster with individual storylines and relationship progression that unlocks secret story content. Deep equipment synergy systems allow extensive character customization and build crafting. The narrative spans nearly 500,000 words, exploring ideological conflicts with reimagined Three Kingdoms figures while questioning themes of AI consciousness and human agency.
