Mother NTR Training follows James, an 18-year-old high school student dealing with trauma from witnessing his father's death during a robbery. Bullied by his peers and forced to move frequently, James and his widowed mother Lucy struggle financially until an old family friend offers them a lifeline: enrollment at his private school and housing. As James starts fresh at his new school, Lucy must find employment, and her job choices and the people she meets become central to the story's direction. The gameplay centers on making choices that determine Lucy's career path and romantic encounters, with the narrative branching based on player decisions. The developer intends to structure the game episodically, with each episode containing its own narrative arc and conclusion. Rather than focusing on quick one-off scenarios, the game aims to develop a long-running story that allows players to become emotionally invested in the characters.
