Sakura Succubus 7 continues the romantic adventures of Hiroki, who now guides Stephania, the princess of Astoria, through the wonders of Tokyo alongside her devoted maid Elizabeth, the airheaded e-girl Cosmos, and Ayu, a popular but temperamental idol. The game follows their explorations of Japanese culture—visiting maid cafés, enjoying bubble tea, and experiencing theme parks—as their days together grow increasingly exciting. However, the pleasant atmosphere darkens when Hiroki realizes someone is watching him and his companions from the shadows with concerning intensity. The narrative explores each character's backstory and personality: Stephania, a sheltered princess experiencing the world beyond her palace for the first time; Elizabeth, a fiercely loyal maid hiding deep passion beneath a serious demeanor; Cosmos, a naive succubus influencer unaware of why her provocative photos attract so much attention; and Ayu, an exhausted idol who masks her true feelings behind a tsundere personality. The game also features Yue, the succubus realm's queen, working to overcome her possessive tendencies. As the mysterious threat looms, Hiroki must navigate both the romantic entanglements of his harem and the danger posed by this unknown stalker.
