Six people of mixed genders wash ashore on a deserted island with no memory of the events leading up to their arrival. Working together, they must gather resources, upgrade their base facilities, and investigate the island's mysteries while attempting to survive and find a way home. The game progresses at the player's own pace with no time pressure constraints.

A core feature is the flexible coupling system allowing players to develop romantic relationships between any of the six protagonists, creating 15 possible pairings. Each character has affection values toward the others that increase through exploration cooperation and gift-giving. As coupling levels rise, character-specific events trigger, and reaching level four establishes a confirmed pairing with unique epilogues. Same-sex pairings are supported, including yuri content, though male-male relationships remain platonic.

Gameplay involves resource gathering, base management with task assignment to idle members, infrastructure upgrades to unlock fast travel and quality-of-life improvements, and various activities like animal hunting for permanent stat increases, vegetable farming, and fishing. Story progression takes approximately 20 hours, with numerous optional systems adding depth.
