About
The Language of Love follows Mitsuki, a young man who spent five years caring for his parents in the countryside after his mother's accident. Now twenty-three and significantly behind academically, he moves to Tokyo to attend a cram school in hopes of passing university entrance exams. Despite being the oldest student by far, Mitsuki struggles to fit in and becomes a social outcast among his peers.
His life changes when he meets Kyouko, a single mother living in the same apartment complex. Their connection begins when Mitsuki offers to help babysit her daughter, Tama, while Kyouko assists him with his studies. Over the course of a year, their friendship gradually deepens into romantic feelings. The game presents their story as a kinetic experience—a fully linear narrative without player choices or branching paths.
Features include approximately 80,000 words of story content spanning 5-6 hours of reading, detailed character and background artwork, an original soundtrack, and daily messages from the heroine. The experience emphasizes character development and the natural progression of their relationship against the backdrop of Mitsuki's academic struggles and his journey toward belonging.
